About our Standard Terms & Conditions of Business

Business Customers

Amaryllis Design Agency Ltd only deals with commercial customers, including startups, sole traders and the SME sector. We do not handle consumer, club, society or private projects.

All business is transacted jointly in accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions and the standard Service Agreements and Domain Name Hosting Agreements (where applicable) of the Internet Service Provider(s).

A hard copy of our terms is provided with every written Quotation. This includes a comprehensive cost breakdown together with any other important information that we think you need to know.

Estimates and Quotations are valid for 90 days unless stated. Lead times, where quoted, depend on our work in progress at the time of commencement together with the timely receipt of materials from the customer. Note that delays in providing us with raw material may delay the delivery of the web site.
