Everything the sole trader or small business needs to get a bespoke professional presence on the Internet. Hosting from £69.00 + VAT per year invoiced direct (see Examples below). Web design extra: minimum design charge £250.00 + VAT (one-off cost) invoiced separately by us. A deposit may be charged on bespoke work.
Domain Name Includes .co.uk domain name, or your existing domain name can be redirected to our host.
Web page design Your web pages will be professionally created to high standards to enhance your business image. Minimum design charge £250.00 + VAT (one-off cost). Updates charged separately to order, minimum invoice value £30 + VAT. Subject to written quotation.
E-mail POP3 mailbox suitable for e.g. Outlook/ Express etc. Basic anti-spam features included. Webmail available. Mail forwarding and Redirection (Holiday Gone Away messages etc.) available to users via control panel.
Control Panel A superb Windows XP-style control panel that lets you check statistics, configure your Email box and more.
Business-class "Hosting only" - annual updates not included. Hosting Example 1: 1GB per month bandwidth, POP3 mailbox and 75MB disk space, just £69.00 + VAT per year. Perfect for the smallest businesses.
Hosting Example 2: 6GB/ mo + 240MB disk space + 10 POP mailboxes : £119.00 + VAT p.a.
Annual Renewals — ensuring continuity of your domain name, web site and E-mail services. You will receive an Annual Renewal Invoice from us approx 2-4 weeks before renewal is due. In order to ensure continuity of your service, services are automatically renewed for 12 months unless you cancel beforehand. This information also appears on your Renewal Invoice. We ask for 30 days' notice where possible.
Statistics In-depth statistics available online showing the traffic on your web site (number of hits etc.).
Ongoing Support Friendly helpful service and email/ telephone support — free!
